Pavasha Naicker graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Property Development (Honours), Quantity Surveying in 2018. She is a Director at KPN Smart Projects, broadening her knowledge and experience in the Development Management aspects of construction. She is also a Candidate QS working on various projects which encompasses project planning and management, project viability studies, cost planning and cost control, tender documentation, tender evaluation, cash flow forecasting & contract administration.
She is a registered Candidate QS of the SACQSP & ASAQS
(South African Council of Quantity Surveying Profession)


Pregan Naicker holds the acclaimed SAPOA (South African Property Owners Association) PDP Diploma as well as an Advanced Diploma in Property Finance (Univ. of South Africa). He has over 20 years of Property Development and Property Finance experience.
Pregan has financed and been involved in property developments with a value of over R15 billion Rands. Over the period of 2007 to 2013, he held the position of Regional Manager – Absa Commercial Property Finance. He boasts a wealth of experience in viability & feasibility assessments; contract documentation; development assembly; retail development layout and assessment; Development Finance budgeting and management. Pregan also served 3 years on the SAPOA KZN Regional Council.
Pregan has developed the concept and brief for the KwaDukuza Mall and business precinct, which has development rights for 100 000 sqm of developable bulk. The concept included a Shopping Mall (40 000sqm) and a Mixed-Use precinct (60 000sqm) which allows for use of offices, a private hospital, residential blocks, and showrooms.
Pregan has worked closely and commands profound respect with the country’s largest funding Organizations, the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) and the Public Investment Corporation (PIC), whilst being the Development Manager on the prestigious Oceans Umhlanga Project, one of the largest Mixed-Use Development projects in the Province of KwaZulu-Natal. He has notable relationships with the Banking industry and is known to the big four banks in SA.
He has further worked on projects which involved the Department of Trade and Industry. Flowing from the deep-end involvement of the various high-level projects, he has developed a formidable relationship with the critical departments within the Local and Provincial Government sectors, a great asset in the facilitation and actualization of projects.
